Thanks to a National lottery scratch card, A rugby fan from Ayr is celebrating after winning a massive £300,000.
Caroline Blower was playing the 75 Ball Bingo online last week, when she unearthed the massive jackpot. She plans to spend her winnings on watching sport and on home improvements.
The NHS radiographer said “In four years of playing I’ve never won anything like this before – it really is a dream come true – a winning try. I was shocked and screamed. In fact, I phoned the National Lottery almost straight away to make sure I wasn’t dreaming and I even didn’t tell my family until Monday.”
“My win will definitely allow me to watch more rugby matches. There’s Scotland v England rugby this weekend and one day I may even go and see the Ashes.”.
The national lottery has dozens of on-line games to play and are trying to further promote their scratch cards online. Their online Instant Win Games make 42,682 winners every day.
